Took a detour to Brockville and found this little gem. The owner was really nice and joked around with us. The restaurant had a very homey feel. Order a london fog and a homemade cookie, both delicious.

Went in with a friend after going to the night market.. a bit late and very thirsty and hungry. What a nice place. Welcoming and the food was great.. and different from every other place. Hot chocolate yumm! Sam did not even rush us out when we stayed til the end.  Both of us will be back for sure.

We came in this morning for breakfast while going to Kingston. Thought of having breakfast here instead of 'onroute' Have to say, the vibe of this place was just awesome! The owner and the staff very happy and helpful. Also very thoughtful, when he saw my younger son was having hot chocolate, he called him back to pour some more milk to cool it down, and said to him, 'so that you don't burn, while enjoying.' the spinach and feta pastry was very flaky and flavorful. The regular coffee was ok! The breakfast was good, specially the eggs. I would have preferred real bacon instead of turkey, but was good to taste. Also, for hash I would have preferred homestyle instead of store bought hash, although it was put together well and tasted good. The service was with a smile. Overall, has a great time. Thanks!

My omelette bagel sandwich and chocolate croissant were absolutely delicious. My lavender latte was so good I didn’t want it to end.

Heading to Toronto from Ottawa and need a taste of some amazing brewed coffee here you go. Beautiful place amazing staff and mind blowing coffee, right combination ain’t it?! Definitely a must try in Brockville. Tell you what but a coffee and walk down the road to the beach, best feeling ever.

Owner Sam is Very nice and friendly. It was 8 pm on Saturday and officially they are closed but he was working on free Easter dinner and opened the door to a group of 12 and gave a very nice service.  Thank you Sam. Friendly staff, warm and inviting ambience in one of the oldest buildings in Brockville.  Great coffee and lots of delicious food options from cookies and muffins to savoury café style entrees.  Highly recommend.  *****

Amazing food and love the accessories! This is the 7th travel mug I get as a gift and everyone loves the quality. Five hours into my work day and my coffee is still hot. Thank you Sam for being an amazing host and coffee house.

I got a beautiful black coffee and two slices of cheesecake. Rave reviews on the cheesecake from my mum and my coffee was delicious. Nice person serving me.
