Dr. Rice is a 5 star surgeon. I agree with other reviews about his staff. They are strangely blunt and distant, 2-3 stars at best, which is why this is only a 4 star rating. They do the doctor a disservice. I encourage Dr. Rice to find support staff that are big hearted and warm like him.
I am so grateful I had Dr. Rice as my surgeon. He is very compassionate and professional, and his staff are very competent and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone who is going to have cosmetic surgery.
I had breast reduction surgery with Dr Rice, he is AMAZING!
