I had a breast reduction as well as a scar revision on my nose May 31. From the moment I started the first point of contact everything was incredibly professional, kind and supportive. Dr. Tong and his staff provided me with all the answers to my questions and gave me time to think about my decision. I went into surgery completely positive and excited for the outcome. The day of surgery I was taken care of so wonderfully by the nurses & anesthesiologist and went home that evening. They checked in with me the next morning and I have just returned from my first follow up and suture removal. Again I was provided with a welcoming and supportive environment and confident I made the right decision and look forward to a healthy life thanks to Dr. Tong and his exemplary staff. I would definitely consider future procedures with Dr. Tong and highly recommend him.
Dr. Tong performed surgery to correct my gynecomastia . As soon as I met Dr. Tong at our consultation, I felt comfortable and understood. He explained what the surgery would entail and addressed all my questions. Dr. Tong is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. The office staff and his surgical team were just as great. Thanks to Dr. Tong and his expertise I am feeling so much more confident with my body! Thank you, Dr. Tong and your team! Exceeded every expectation I had! From his support staff, to the nurses during after care and of course Dr Tong himself I am thrilled with the level of care I received I got a full tummy tuck and lipo and I am more then happy with my results. Dr Tong gave realistic and detailed instructions on what would occur and he gave me just that! Every step of the way starting off with booking consult to follow up appointments after surgery were handled professionally and flawlessly. Would love to have further work done and without hesitation I will be back to Dr Tong!
37yo white male here. I did a ton of research for subtle, natural-looking rhinoplasty improvements and Dr. Tong came up a lot on various plastic surgery forums. I had a few other consults in Toronto with other well-known surgeons.. The consult with Dr. Tong was great, this felt like the right choice. Still, I was really nervous about the surgery itself and what the actual results would be. It’s been seven weeks since the surgery now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s subtle and just looks all around better. Everything that bothered me is gone and I still look like me. I highly recommend. Especially over all the other options in Toronto.
I had an upper blepharoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Tong, and I am extremely happy with the results. Everything - communication, pre-op and post-op instructions and care and surgery itself were performed at the highest possible standards, all team is super professional and very caring. There was no pain at all, during or after the procedure, and the overall experience was really enjoyable. As well, Dr. Tong shares his cell number and is available for a call after hours if needed, something that not too many doctors do. I highly recommend Dr. Tong and his team.
I had breast implants done by Dr. Tong. Him and his team are very thorough and he is a master of his domain. They are perfectly symmetrical and has brought me so much confidence that my only regret is not doing it sooner. Recovery went very well with less pain than I expected. Don’t hesitate to consider Dr. Tong for any plastic surgery, he is the best in all of Toronto!
I had my blepharoplasty done with Dr. Tong months ago. I wanted to find someone who was familiar with Asian eyes. I’m from out of town and drive 5 hours just to have my surgery done with him and have since recommended him to all family and friends. When we met, he was very professional, knowledgeable and straight to the point. Surgery day was a breeze, I was very comfortable and the staff really took good care of me. His office is beautiful and it was a great experience. I’m so happy with my results and recommend him!
I can't express enough how happy I am with my results. I am pretty new to the cosmetic surgery world and was always a little intimidated and shy because I've heard alot of horror stories. That being said, that was FAR from my experience with Dr. Tong and his staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and on top of addressing all my needs. Dr. Tong was so warm and welcoming and thoughrally explained what my surgery options were and what best fit my anatomy to give me my desired results. I opted to have the mini neck lift which is the chin liposuction with the muscle repair. My double chin has always been one of my biggest insecurities and had stoped me from wanting to go out to social events with my friends let's face it there's always a camera in your face!. That being said, having this be one of my biggest insecurities, it was so important for me that my surgeon not be judgmental and provide a safe space for me. As a mid sized/plus woman sized woman, I am always nervous about entering these kinds of spaces but I was treated so well during my entire experience and I cannot thank Dr. Tong and his staff enough. I had my surgery one week ago and am AMAZED at the results already. I know it may sound silly but this has really changed my life and I am thankful to Dr. Tong and his team!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Tong and his team and his work. INCREDIBLE!!! His staff are always available, friendly, on point, and conscientious. Loved working with the team. When I arrived for day of surgery I was impressed with the entire process. IMPECCABLE! I felt safe, calm, cared-for, and confident in Dr. Tong's abilities. The entire experience from beginning to end is seamless and of the upmost integrity in every area. As for the work he did on me? OMG, I am SOOOOOOO happy. I recommend his services to my girlfriends. I know they will be looked after and ultimately super happy. with the results. He is just amazing. A master! I highly recommend Dr. Tong's services. Don't be afraid. Life is too short to live with fear. Just go see Dr. Tong. You won't regret it.
