Rice Bowl Take Out

Rice bowl may not look like much on the outside but it is some of the best Chinese food that I’ve ever had!

I've been going to this place since I was a kid. I moved for 10 years and came back and they remembered me. Really kind people and portions are amazing! There is no better Chinese restaurant in moncton nb.

Scammers, all the good reviews are probably made by the owners. We did a late night order, ordered fried rice chicken and fried rice shrimp and shrimp chow mein, they charged like $50 - no receipt was given. The chicken smelled horrible and was thrown in the trash, the chow mein was only bean sprouts - no noodles, the fried rice shrimp was the only thing that was edible but ofcourse there was hardly any shrimp. I don’t know how this place is still running, probably because tourist likes us who will never go back. By the time we opened our dinner, it was already late or else we would’ve taken it back to the restaurant. Tourists should def avoid this place, what a horrible experience!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover never applied more to a place. This mom and pop run Chinese food restaurant is excellent. My parents have been going to this restaurant for the last 30 years and I swear by them. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is great. Plus, the owners are an absolute joy. They remembered me from 20 years ago when I moved back and started going to their place again. The moo goo guy pan special is my forever go-to

The chicken balls tasted reheated, the rice is dry and tastes older, the egg roll was ok and overall the food wasn't cooked terribly but it wasn't fresh either. The lady was decently nice but the man was quite passive aggressive. There was also a language barrier but that's nothing against them or this rating; overall the restaraunt just needs more fresh ingredients and a bit of patience for takeout customers. Not awful food but not like other restaraunts in town.

Amazing portion sizes at a very good price

Super friendly, fast service, and delicious food served in ginormous portions that stays warm for over an hour after purchase. Each container of food was overflowing and pipping hot. My personal favorite were the egg rolls, perfectly crunchy on the outside, with the perfect blend of ingredients and spices on the inside. Would recommend! Prices were also very cheap compared to some other places around town

Today was the first time I had Chinese food from this place and I have to say it was amazing. Price was good and large portions of food. I'd recommend to anyone who likes Chinese food. I know I will order again.

Been eating there since I was a child, I use to love the decor, all the lanterns. Went with my parents, and with my own child when he was younger. We always order take out now from here all though there are many chinese food restaurants available now.
