The room was nice and clean. You are close to a few stores and the service is great. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Super friendly old couple is managing the Reynolds Inn. The room is really good for the money. Theres everything you need. Stay here if you're near.

The Reynolds House Inn & Motel is open from May 1st until October 15th. We are are seasonal business closed November until April. You can call us at 607-498-4422 or email us at [email protected] to make reservations. We also take reservations in the winter. Walk-ins are always welcome, if we have vacancies.

We have stayed there both in the house itself and in the motel addition. Dogs are allowed in your room only in the motel. We originally stayed in the house for a couple of years (about 2003-4) before we had a dog. The young couple who bought and restored it after it had seriously run down ran it as a true B&B. The food was delightful and the rooms were small but newly renovated. It was a very comfortable and charming place. It was sold to new owners around 2005. They ran it as a bead and "make your own breakfast" establishment. This arrangement lasted until the about 2010. Since then there has been no breakfast served or self served. The rooms have stayed about the same (very clean) but are in need of updating and repair. The charm of the house has to some extent been lost (It needs updates and repairs), yet it still offers a good place to stay that is clean and neat. The rooms in the house offer quaint and historically interesting atmosphere. The location is right near the middle of Roscoe and near good restaurants within walking distance.
