Great customer service returned a heated pad after 3 weeks of stopped working and they replace it no questions asked and stop working again after 4 days and they refunded our money we didn't get that same experience with Shoppers Drug Mart you're basically on your own and they want you to deal with the manufacturer yourself that's why I go to Rexall

The pharmacist was extremely rude. I ended up BUYING my things at a different store. He has no right to treat a customer like dirt!! Pharmacists are there to help people.

Great pharmacy, the people are always welcoming and polite from pharmacists to front cash staff. They have great selection of gluten free snacks and I love that the points rack up fast.
We have a young baby with acid reflux and came to town to visit relatives, but without his medication. ZOINKS!!!! This pharmacy took great care of us, and we could still visit with great grandparents without having to wait in store while they sorted it out. Thank you!!!!
Only go here if I can't find a product elsewhere in town. Had a bad experience with buying auburn hair color a year or so ago from this location. It turned my blonde hair black. Called the hair color manufacturer and they determined that this box of color was expired 2 years prior and should not have been sold to me. Manufacturer mailed me a coupon for a free box of dye even though it was not their fault. I called Rexall the number for this location and had to leave a voicemail. I also emailed and called Rexall head office to complain. I have yet to hear any reply from this store or the head office.
It has great deals on perfumes men an woman's . Very helpful and friendly staff!! Quick service at the pharmacy
Always clean and pharmacy staff is very helpful. **Insider Tip: if the front counter is very busy AND you only have one or two items go to the pharmacy counter they can check you out :
