I was interested in a lot that was listed by one of the Reva agents Jack Biernaski. I drove from Toronto to Denbigh 2 times 1268km and was really interested but I had to give up eventually and due to lack of information. I have informed the agent I am not interested anymore after which he was persistent in wanting to know what are the reasons I am giving up. I informed him that the reasons were due to the fact that we he couldn't confirm what the boundaries of the lot are and is there someone currently occupying the lot. From the gps coordinates I have obtained from ontario topo maps website and after the second onsite visit, I had good reasons to suspect that someone is occupying the land with their trailer and several other small structures. In response to me stating the reasons why I cant submit the offer, he sent me a very angry email and threw a tantrum, which I think is really childish and immature. Definitely a far from professional attitude you would see with most other realestate agents.

Lisa really cares about helping families buy or sell their home. When Dash and I were looking for a place, Lisa made an incredible effort to satisfy our needs and went above and beyond to help us find a great home.
