Multiple complaints from longterm residents of 39 Parkcrest Drive. Work is very slow and brickwork appears worse when finally completed. Dirt and garbage, including rotting food waste left on balconies with no clean up. The use of vulgar language in front of apartment windows is excessive, especially when relatives visit or children are home. Generally disrespectful demeanor. When one resident complained to them directly about leaving dust all over the windows and screens, requesting they clean. Up after themselves, the next day the workers had written "PIG" across her window in the dirt.
