Scott did a great job installing my backyard sprinkler system. He provided a very competitive quote, and was responsive to my emails and questions. He also worked around my sod installation to ensure the jobs would be completed together. Going forward, I expect Scott will continue to reply to any questions or concerns I have and provide great customer service. Thank you for an expert job, Scott!

Short answer: Don't waste your time. These people don't show up for appointments. We called this company to come look at our sprinkler system as they were recommended to us. My father took the morning off work as they were to arrive between 9 and 11 am. As no one had shown up by 10:20, my father called to see if they would be by soon. The woman on the other line tried to reach the repairman and could not but told us we were 4th on the list. As 11 came and went, we tried calling them again. No one answered so we left a voicemail. No one showed up all day and no one had the courtesy to call. My father finally reached someone after losing an entire day of work. The rep from the company said that he thought the woman called us to tell us no one was coming. Apparently, she felt "abused" as we left a message inquiring where they were and cancelled the repair man. The company has no consideration for their customers. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you want a company that actually shows up and treats people with a little dignity.
