My go-to osteopathy treatment! I had a great experience with Restore Integrative Health. The clinic is nice, clean and staff is friendly and helpful. My osteopath, Courtney, is very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk to. During the first visit she was able to diagnose me quickly and come up with a treatment plan and a list of recommended exercises. Highly recommended!
I have met with both a Naturopathic Doctor and an Osteopath at Restore. Both took the time to hear my medical situation, asked questions to understand my needs and confirmed their understanding. People have warm and professional demeanour provided comprehensive advice. I would certainly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Sapna and the team at Restore since 2016. At the time, I was living in the Riverdale area and was looking for a Naturopath to help with my digestive issues. I began seeing a fantastic Osteo at the clinic as well. Now, many years later, I live outside of Toronto and continue to see Dr. Sapna virtually a few times a year. I've always had positive experiences at Restore; and I'm very picky about my health care providers. Dr. Sapna is warm, welcoming, empathetic, and she remembers important details, both about my health and about my life. She looks at the person and the holistic picture, making sound recommendations for how to adapt my health plan, when and as needed. I always feel better after our appointments. I leave Restore feeling empowered, heard, more knowledgeable, and supported in my ever-evolving health journey. I've recommended Dr. Sapna and Restore to my closest friends and family. I drive all the way to Leslieville for the pediatric osteopath at Restore. Jennifer has been amazing with my newborn. She is super gentle around the baby and offers helpful insights.
