Resturant has no disregard for people's dietary instructions, specific instructions were given to not include a certain ingredient in the meal, and yet the meal was filled with that ingredient. On top of that the staff really need some training on diversity and inclusiveness, they brush of the complaint like it's not a big deal. The manager doesn't even care enough to follow up. Was told Manager Victor would follow up but no follow up done. Would never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant or stay at Hotel Universal Montreal.
Breakfast was terrible and the service was awful! Super expensive for breakfast too. The server's attitude was awdul when I started to speak to them in English as the rest of my family did not speak French. Definitely not worth it. Do yourself a favor and pick up breakfast items at the IGA for less money
Good restaurant and Good service. I can't say it is outstanding but the pricing is reasonable in comparison to other restaurants in the area and you get good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful and on numerous visits I was happy with the experience. The creme Brulee was a little inconsistent in finish and throughout, taste was good... Might have been a 5 stars if this was correct. One big plus, really like the coffee they serve with breakfast.
3 times I ordered here and every time was more than disappointing. I would have went elsewhere if I had the time and opportunity before having to get to the office. The food was drowning in butter, the coffee was horrible and the service was subpar. Only one waiter did not have a poor attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, if you can.
Not bad but not good either. Price is just okay. You can try as taste is subjective.
I had come a few years ago and wasn't impressed by the selection or quality for the weekend brunch buffet. I'm glad to say that my most recent experience was much more pleasant. I'm happy to see that they've greatly improved. Good for big or small groups. I went for a family Christmas party and it was nice. There was live music and dancing.
The food here was quite good. We went for an early supper so the place was somewhat empty. I got some pasta and it was delicious. I got the entree with blue cheese and the portion was generous. The service was ok, nothing amazing. My surprise was when the bill came. This place is really expensive! I would say this is where the mismatch is. The ambiance, service and food just doesn't make much sense at that price point. Considering there are many delicious chain restaurants all around.

Food is ok. They were very cheap on the dessert table. Staff are friendly and helpful but it isn't better than any other hall. We go there for events but wouldn't plan one there ourselves. We actually get a better deal elsewhere.
