For the submarine 5 star For the pizza is good but they get a 3.5 star I been going their for over 20 year back in the days it was a Italian restaurant George pizzeria as I recalled which was sold and became Volcano the best Pizza hand lists of dressing and around 2010 start cutting back and so did I . As they say ones you tested the best and the cut backs are put in place it's hard to their the best to each his own.
