Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order for pickup and when we went to get our food, we noticed a burger and nuggets were missing. Went back to get our food, they then gave it to us after a 12-13 minute wait, and when we got home we noticed that instead of 6 nuggets they gave us 3 and the burger was cold cold cold. Not the first time it happened either. Go to another McDonald’s.
**Updates: new Chicken BigMac pics. Not my favorite. Prefer the original BigMac. **nNot asking for a Michelin star presentation but seriously? LOL Come on McDo. Gave 2 stars because the taste was not impacted and it wasn’t cold food.
Very good service and great quality meals. They don't look sloppy or gross. I mean look at this Buffalo Poutine The chicken & fries were hot ! They really respect your order modifications especially when you order from your phone. I think this is my favorite McDonald's so far!
It’s a normal Mcdonalds service was okay and the place wasn’t clean tho.
