Restaurant Tex Mex

WORST, restaurant ever. If you can call this a restaurant. I would put ZERO stars if only it was possible. Decided to give a chance to this place even though we had read many bad reviews about it. Absolutely regretted it. We took a “Burrito Guerrero” and it was a complete chaos and dissapointment. The chicken was COMPLETELY DRY, I had never tasted a chicken SO DRY in my entire life, no flavour to it, a very weird bbq sauce that was not good AT ALL, the rest was just onions and peppers....the “chef” didn’t even put the Monterrey Jack cheese that was supposed to go in the burrito. Oh, and the quality of the tortilla was AWFUL. Just to top it all, the “burrito” was not even folded, like ??? This so called « chef » made us wait 15-20 minutes for this dog food pictures below. So yeah, don’t ever go to this place. It is a waste of time and money. PS : a burrito should look like the picture on the right.

The best homemade mexican food in Montreal, that you can try. The place is so cozy and welcoming, the people who works in the restaurant makes you feel really at home. And the food what I can say???!! Every dish was magical and full of flavors. I am so excited to come again to try other dishes.

The food here is amazing, a bit on the pricy side, but well worth it if you like tex Mex style food!

It was okay. The place wasn't very clean but the food was as expected. However, the rice tasted like it came from a ready to eat pack and there wasn't a lot of flavor.

Service was good. I took the Burger.which was excellent. And the outside sitting area is very comfortable

Expensive for what you get but very tasty, you get fast food at a restaurant's price. Although you can't beat that presentation

This restaurant is very 'okay'. Looks like a cute local place to visit, so we decided to give it a try since we were visiting the city. When we walked in the place looked a lot different than it does in the pictures. We ordered fajitas for two, which ultimately was not enough for 2 people unless you're having it as an appetizer. Pretty sure the tortillas were microwaved and that the tortillas and the salsa were the Old El Paso brand. Unfortunately nothing was impressive including the service and there are a lot of other Mexican places to discover that taste a little more authentic.

Tastes like frozen food that has been reheated/microwaved. I have made much better food at home. Very expensive for not very good food. Go to La Taqueria down on rue Ontario for much better and authentic mexican. We will not come back here again which is a shame.

We ordered through uber eat and got our food in a decent amount of time. The food felt very dry, the rice lacked spice, and the appetizer tasted like frozen food. Overall we weren't very impressed. We hope its just because of the covid stiuation and not their usual motus operandi.

Disappointing flavor and size. For 20$ including taxes and tips I was expecting the full “tex mex” experience. Left hungry. Though my burrito was tasty, my girlfriends enchilada was “meh...” For less you can get a lot better in other restaurants of the same kind near by. The staff was friendly though.
