Wow says it. The service and style here are outstanding. But the food, each dish as it came, created one highlight after another. The scallops with caviar were superb. As was the foie gras, or the lobster pasta, or the duck or the tuna, bison jerky, pork belly, pine syrup etc, etc. Everything is nice.
Creative and impressive menu! Love the decor! Good culinary experience. Why 4 stars? Wine pairing is less impressive
Absolutely stellar. Reminded me a bit of the Alinea experience. A hidden door with a code, underground cellars in an 18th Century merchant building, Locally sourced cuisine adventurously designed and delivered by attentive & friendly waiters. Would go again in a heartbeat.
