I was there a week ago with my best friend. We chose the five course meal and a bottle of wine. We had never been to a restaurant like this before so we didn’t know what we wanted to eat or drink. We decided to let the servers pick for us and they did a great job! We really enjoyed it and had a great time.

This was certainly one of the Best meals I have ever had. From service to presentation to flavours everything was incredible. Don't listen to me but try it for yourselves and believe me you're in for a culinary explosion BTW Quebec City is one the most romantic places in Canada if you haven't been put it on your to do list

We had the testing menu and it came with six courses and deserts at the end. All the courses were exotic and are made from the local sources. Very welcoming and serves explain each and every dishes.

Scallop tartare was fresh and light - a great way to start. Beets were likewise a nice combination of vegetable and ricotta cheese. The duck breast was perfectly cooked with the Jerusalem artichoke complementing it wonderfully. Elk tataki had great flavors to go with a surprisingly un-game-y elk.

Great food and champagne list! We had the dégustation menu, 6 services + amuse bouche. Everything was spot on, flavours were surprising, powerful and reflected well the boréal cuisine. Every dish was delicious! Really cool ambience too and fantastic service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
