Im sure it could be better and i caught them at a bad time 11:10pm

When i arrived there was no one behind the counter. I and 3 other clients waited for 5min. When the worker arrived he at least had the good sense to wash his hands befor serving me.
Upon leaving the restaurant with my food i arrived at work opened my food and found a long black hair sticking out of my food since im a bald black man i knew it wasnt mine

I'm sad, I enjoy eating at Sara. Thier food is very good, but they have completely abandon the back part of the location. This are just some of my observations:

When you finish your food you have to throw your garbage in a very nasty an smelly container. They should have change that long time ago. 

Then you go to the toilets and you have to walk through a very dark hallway full of empty cardboard boxes and a dirty food cart, just to get to a scary toilet just taken out of a horror movie, full of graffitis and a broken mirror that have been like that for years. 

Also, there is a door in the back that remains open wich reveals a very unpleasant sight, somebody seems to be moping the floors with dirty water because there is a lingering smell of humidity and dirt.
 
I have been working at a newspaper for many years and my intentions is not to feature your restaurant in any piece. However, I'm highly dissapointed to see how the expirience of coming to have a bite there is ruined by the lack of hygene and upkeep. 

I'm big fan of your food and your staff. I really hope you will consider these words.

Not super pretty but good value and good food. Very friendly and efficient staff. Can't be beat for delicious fast fresh shish taouk take away.

Good food, consistent quality. Staff is very friendly. The 4 dollar falafel is the best "bang for your buck"
