Disappointment with Service on 04/28/18 PM. Went with a group of 8. 3 adults, 5 children. Waited 20-25 minutes before getting served. Waitress forgot to bring 2 ice creams (Vanilla) . When waiter brought other ice-creams, I told him that we are still waiting for vanilla ice cream sundaes. When they were brought over 10 minutes later, our daughters said it did not taste like vanilla, had white chocolate pieces in it. When I questioned the waiter later, he said they ran of vanilla ice-cream and gave us that instead. Could have asked prior to just giving any flavour of ice cream knowing that people may have allergic reactions to some ingredients. Offered to give me ice cream to go. However, I refused. Just wanted to get out of there. For the price, thought there would be better service. Positive: Ice cream is great. Negative: Service

Food is fairly good, although some dishes are fantastic and some are common. Also, prices are very reasonable, but be aware this is a very noisy restaurant. Overall still a great value!

Gelato is very good. I loved the gianduia flavour. I will come back to try other flavours. The americano was also perfect, robust and not bitter! Waiter was kind and attentive.

Had group diner there. We were given the private room and had a wonderful waitress. The room was warm and comfortable. The rest of the restaurant is very nice and comfortable. Great atmosphere all around. Sadly, though, the food was disappointing. The biggest disappointment is the dessert. The dessert menu leads you to believe their desserts are big and fancy. The portions of the chocolate cake is about 25% of what is shown on the picture and the presentation is nothing like the image. And the cheesecake is a joke . Dry and small portion . I've had be there store bought cheesecake..... The appetizers were lacking personality and care... the best part of the prosciutto and melon was the greens....no joke. The Italian sausage tasted like they were store bought. The cream of vegetables was delicious I must say. Main course I had a calzone which was really good. That and the soup were the best items. It's a let down when you fork out 130$ For 2 with a bottle of inexpensivee wine ....

They deserve 5 stars and more for the quality desert they make. Mostly Gelato. But made with love.
