Restaurant Petit Sud

This is my personal opinion. The fact that this is a Halal restaurant I will give it a 3 stars out of 5. On this occasion their chicken wasn’t really flavoured — tasted burned. My favorite thing was probably the plantains & macaronis. Pikliz was not as spicy as I expected. One thing that is appreciated is the portion you get for what you pay. I personally won’t be back but will recommend my Muslim fellows to at least try it out.

I really love your food, the rice is good, the meat is good, everything taste so goodthe BBQ griot!!woow but please review your Price and the amount of food you're giving sometimes and please make sure to give the right order to the right person. Keep it up guys

Excellent food but not 5 star due to difficulty of being understood on the telephone and missing my hot sauce many times.

Chicken is really good, one of the best grilled chicken on charcoal in Montreal, but they need to be more consistent with the side dishes, macaroni salad is different every single time and the rice also, their fried plantain is really good. Also had a few burnt pieces of chicken 2 times, if the chicken is calcined don't serve it,, by the time I reached my destination it was too late..now I look inside my box before I drive off...time is also an issue, last time I ordered the guy said he was going to call when it would be ready?! But you still need to be able to give an approximate time, so that I can plan accordingly, I don't live nexr door and want to know when I'll be able to eat..in any case it's a friendly staff, the chicken is the star..but they need more consistency and structure.

Ok ok 2.5 stars nice amount of meat...I ordered pikliz ...I'm not sure they have any... anyways...their sauce was fishy not a place I would recommend, but they have been open for the owner said 11 yrs wow. Their wings were awesome though.

Best Haitian place for griot in the city, hands down.

Well, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED and it’s always like that. They are very rude with their customers on the phone and even when you get there to pick up your food … however the taste is good, I’ve never really been disappointed about their food but the professionalism no wayyyyyy … and it seems like they don’t care

The food is amazing the rice and wings are great and the griot is so tender and so flavorful

So delicious, so generous, so good . Best place for a casse croûte and some spicy and meaty charcoal grilled plates. Not sure? Try their Tuesday special and you’ll come back for more.
