Service was very slow. Server’s manners were missing. The linguini with seafood didn’t have half the seafood listed on the menu. Good pricing which explains more than 1 star but other than that… nothing special. Disappointed frankly.
Rare that I give 5 stars , but this place was really great , our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, he spoke French and English, and was great with the kids . I ordered the pizza and it was absolutely amazing , there is an open wood burning oven where we could watch the cooks make the pizza . The place was also very clean , bathrooms included . All in all a great experience and I could not even find the smallest thing to complain about !
Whenever we do small trips to St-Sauveur, we always make sure to stop for lunch here. It has a bit of everything for everyone. But they are more known for their oven cooked pizzas! With a sizeable selection, you can easily enjoy something new every time. My personal favorites are La Pollo, Gambare and la Mediteraniana. Otherwise, they have wonderful chicken plates or fish
Services and food are excellent. I tried the sea food pizza, very tasty
Very nice and cosy restaurant, service was great and the food is very tasty and fresh. The pizza reminded me of the authentic Italian pizza. Very glad that I discovered this place. They have also their own parking lot in the back, it was not crowded and the atmosphere overall it was pleasant and comfy.
The service from our server Frank was good, considering most places are short staff. I didn't have to wait in line... Others did. The food was good, the fried calamari are worth it, fried zucchini not so much. I took the roquette pizza and it was very well cooked and good overall. I would go back if I was in the area. Maybe not the place for a fancy dinner or taking out a big client. Family friendly.
The service was incredibly slow. Great when they were at our table, but every step took ages, whether it was getting bread to start, bringing appetizers, bringing the main meal, getting a dessert order in, bringing dessert, asking for our bill, and bringing the bill. The food was just OK, in my opinion I got the spaghetti bolognese, and my table mates shared a calamari starter which they said was delicious but it was not to my taste. And unfortunately, I made my decisions based on the fact that they had tiramisu on the menu for dessert... But by the time we finally got around to getting dessert, they were all out. The creme brulée I had as a backup option was tasty, but the topping was not crisp, it was more like a sticky skin. The wine we ended up with was not what we ordered we got a Cab Sauv and had asked for Sirah of the same vintner, but was very nice regardless. I'd go back for another try if that was the style of food I was looking for, but it wouldn't be my first choice in town.
Usually love going here. Went today opens at 4pm apparently. Stood outside at 4pm waiting for them to open the doors. I waited a few minutes & saw various staff inside; some made eye contact with me and ignored me. I stepped on the step and looked in the window and they continued to ignore me. It was past opening time and fairly cold outside. Went across the street to Senor Sanchez where they were open. Watched at 4:10 as the same staff member who was looking at me a few minutes prior opened the door. Don’t say you open at 4pm if you don’t than actively ignore you customer’s. Inconsiderate.
First time in this resto and I found it attractive and the food very good. Service was great and the atmosphere reminded me of the good times before the pandemic….
Service was very slow. We waited a long time when we were seated to even see someone. The waiters seemed too rushed even though the restaurant was not full. I ordered veal milanaise and got veal parma. We felt like we were being rushed out as well. Poor service.
