Kalysta is the best place I could have wished for my fiancé’s surprise bday party. The venue is beautiful and cozy. All of the staff members were extremely nice, the atmosphere was so good!! I have difficulty finding the right words to describe the quality of the drinks and food… ; the Acras and Griot were delicious! They serve the kind of plantain you steal from your friend when they’re not looking *drooling just thinking about it*. Even the dessert was so yummy!! I can’t think of a recent experience where a restaurant aced all courses. Everyone was so content and impressed, I am so happy we went there. It’s a really nice choice for a date or to chill with friends yes their music is that good. It’s not only a recommendation; it’s a MUST.
Enjoyable food, tasty and somewhat good portions. I must say the service deteriorated as the evening went on, it seemed like the staff stopped worrying about our table once we were served our meals. For this reason, I can’t leave 5 stars. I think the price is a little bit high.
Food was great in this cute little resto. Early evening staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is decorated, clean and modern. Some issues were that by 8.30 they were running out of food selections on a very small menu as well as run out of Rhum in a Caribbean restaurant. We were also overcharged for a drink we ordered. Wanted the drinkwe ordered served as shots and so they made 1 drink, put it in to 4 shot glasses and charged us for 4 shots. That kinda soured the mood and we found it real uncool.

Beautiful small private place with amazing drinks and tasteful food, it felt like we were having diner on a beach in the Caraïbes!! Staff is also very welcoming, definitely worth the stop
