Story

Situé sur la rue Saint-Denis, en face du magnifique square Saint-Louis, le Restaurant de l’ITHQ compte 65 places assises dans un espace vaste et un décor des plus élégants. Pendant la semaine, la cuisine et la salle à manger accueillent les étudiants de l’ITHQ en fin de programme qui viennent y mettre en pratique l’enseignement reçu en classe sous l’œil vigilant de leurs professeurs.

Soucieux de recourir à des pratiques limitant son empreinte écologique, le Restaurant de l’ITHQ figure, depuis 2013, dans le Répertoire des restaurants montréalais écoresponsables de Tourisme Montréal. Il adhère également au programme Aliments du Québec au Menu, qui reconnaît chez les restaurateurs la mise en valeur des produits du terroir québécois.

Voisin du restaurant, le bar de l’ITHQ offre un espace cocktail convivial, parfait pour se rassembler ou se détendre en début ou en fin de soirée.

I have only dined here once but I highly recommend it! It's located in an accessible location in downtown, and the decoration and atmosphere inside the restaurant is great. Staff are super professional, approachable, and they treat you as valued customers. Food was excellent as well, I enjoyed every meal courses!

I've been here twice now and each time has been such a pleasant surprise. The food is always amazing and the staff are always friendly, warm and professional.

The tasting menu with the wine pairing was simply amazing. Staff was courteous. Would definitely come back.

It was really good even though the food are cooked by the students. The menu is very creative and the price is very affordable. The service was excellent. It's a good place for a date if you're looking for a good French restaurant less then 20$ per person. Service is excellent!

It was a good opportunity to go and try another type of cuisine. I was impressed by the walleye they served, as I do not generally enjoy cooked fish.

Had a fantastic dinner here during MTL a table. The service was excellent and personal, the food delicious. The only negative was that it was cold in the restaurant. We will come back!
