Restaurant Chez Lien (Chomedy-Laval)

The food is good but the service was very bad. There is only one waiter on the floor. So on a Saturday night, we had to wait over 30-45 minutes to get our plate. When I asked if we could have a rebate for the wait, he told us he can't do anything. We will have to asked the boss, at the cash. That's what I did, but she said I can't...but I should check with my waiter! So when I asked if finally there would be a rebate, she said no. I told her that I know how she considers her clients and that most probably she won't see me anymore. Please keep in mind there are other Chez Lien. Feel free to go to the other ones.

Good food. Good service. Nice ambiance. Good value. They did everything right. This is not a high class place. It's cosy and comfortable. Everything we ate was delicious. General Tao was spot on. The chicken and beef were great, vegetables perfect. But it just doesn't have the pazaz for 5 stars. Regardless, we will definitely return.

Waiter is ridiculously rude tells me whatvi want dosent let order what i want when i told hime what i wanted got what he was suggesting just bad bad bad the food was horrible rouleau impérieux waaaay to fried tasted old didnt finish it suppose to be grilled om my chicken and beef nothing there dry af they have no comunication between themselves i really dont understand why people would want to come back here deffinelty my last visit it was once 16 years ago a good memory of a supper my mother liked now tirned into a real nightmare i really hope this plave closes for lack of consistency
