La vision de 57Cals est de porter la restauration de rue traditionnelle méditerranéenne à un autre niveau en offrant aux clients une variété authentique, végétalienne, frais et savoureuse de plats falafels, shawarma et shish taouk. Nous y ajoutons régulièrement plusieurs autres choix de sandwichs que vous n’auriez pas imaginé en version végétalienne.

On aspire à élever 57Cals au sommet de la restauration végé à Laval. On vise à faire en sorte que nos clients aient une expérience culinaire excitante et hors de l’ordinaire. Nous sommes engagés à vous préparer les plats uniquements avec des ingrédients frais et naturels. Ainsi, tout notre menu, des falafels jusqu’à nos sauces sont préparés maison.
