Nice place if you like pasta. Service is wonderful and the food is delicious. I do recommend this place if you have a special event.
So stopping here was a mistake. We were looking for a different place and randomly decided to stop. What a great find! We are from Louisiana but not French speaking. The waitress took care of us! From a pitcher of Rouge Sangria to Italian Steak and shrimp. Everything was delicious! Very friendly. Very good. Great price!
Having been traveling all day and arriving late for dinner we were happy to find a restaurant still serving. It was lucky night. Reading a menu in French in which the only words recognized were pizza, spaghetti and pasta, we relied on the friendly staff to assist. My mother and I decided on the "pasta bar" which turned out to someone constructing your plate for you by choosing from 4 different pastas, 4 different sauces and additional items. We both picked fettuccine with meat sauce. Sautéed while we watched were the onions, red and green peppers and shrimp we chose - splashed with white wine if desired. A loaf or warm bread and salad were included. It was all very good. The restaurant was not busy as it was so late but the adjoining pub room/bar was hopping. Looks to be a popular destination!
Don’t expect gourmet food, but its fair diner food and they have some nice touches in and around the menu. We didn’t try the pastas nor the pizzas so I can’t juge those. My girlfriend went for the Monday’s special. A generous piece of steak with fries and salad. For the price point it was very enjoyable. I’d say a good place for the family.
Delicious food, a really nice restaurant. Pizza was out of this world.
Good bang for your buck. Depending upon time of arrival service may be inconsistent. Went there twice over the weekend once at 9PM and then at 3PM. On the second one we had to chase the server and ring the pasta buffet clerk. Price and quality are worth the hassle. I couldn't find any other restaurant in town that served pasta as main course.
Having been traveling all day and arriving late for dinner we were happy to find a restaurant still serving. It was lucky night. Reading a menu in French in which the only words recognized were pizza, We chose this restaurant after reading about it on TripAdvisor, and especially because we thought our kids would enjoy the pasta bar. The restaurant was even having a special all you could eat pasta bar deal for only $14.95.
Good menu, Good service, fair prices. Good ambiance.
Drove by a few times since moving out here and I kept 'vetoing' it as a dinner option until we finally went last night. I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza I ordered but that was it. My Cesar salad was not very good, and my daughter's chicken fingers neither, she wouldn't even eat one. My wife ordered a seafood dish only to find out all the seafood was imitation meat. Seemed like a popular place but we aren't going to go back.
In defiance of some negative comments about this restaurant, I decided to go anyway. It was a Saturday evening and the place was packed. On top of that I wasn't holding a reservation. I started feeling like Indiana Jones entering the temple of Doom as all odds were against me. But lucky or not, got a table within 5 minutes. Our young waitress, Sabrina, was like a refreshing shower on a hot day: super friendly, motivated and at the same time in control of every detail around us. I had the Minestrone and the Fettuccini a la Gigi. Both were served in an amazing short time in view of the number of people there. The Minestrone was the best I've had in a long time and the Fettuccini were just not spicy enough to need the fire brigade afterwards. The menu clearly said "spicy", so I had been warned. Having travelled around the world for many years, I am spoiled to a certain degree. This place is GOOD, the food is great, the portions more than adequate, delicious.. I'd go back anytime!
