Les spécialités québécoise de grande qualité et fait maison, où le jambon fumé au bois d'érable est à l'honneur.

Tourtière, ragoût de boulettes et de pattes de porc, creton, fève au jambon, soupe aux pois, oreilles de crisse, tire sur neige, tarte au sirop d'érable etc.

Le tout, dans une décor rustique et très chaleureux.

Love love love this restaurant. Food is always fresh and arrives hot. Gorgeous country decor and friendly servers. The ham is smoked in house and it is the best! The baked beans are perfect with smokey bacon. Their home nade strawberry jam is perfect for the toast (choice of white, brown, country style breads). Bottomless coffee! We love their breakfast dishes. You can also purchase many of their home made items.

AMAZING! A must! The food is incredible and the atmosphere is superb. The service was fantastic as well. I've never had baked beans this good before and the ham was smoked and not salty. Will make it a tradition to go every year!

The must place to eat in Val-David! We enjoyed the breakfast in this restaurant while staying in Val-David for New Year Eve. It's common to wait your table because the place is very popular. But it definitely worth of waiting. The dishes are very delicious, the atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. There is a small shop where you can buy gourmet food and take it with you. Highly recommend to stop by.

great food and very warm and courteous staff. ham and bacon are perfectly smoked. strawberry jam is divine. prices are very reasonable highly recommended.

Just WONDERFUL. This is the best breakfast place I've ever went. Great service(Thank Francois-Xavier), great food and the best ambiance imaginable. The extra price is well worth it.
