I went here while on a mini vacation, knowing nothing about the place. We were seated at about 7:25PM. Our waitress came by within a few minutes to get our drink orders and we got them relatively quickly. Then we placed our food orders and that's when the waiting started. Admittedly, it was a very busy Saturday night, so I expected some delays, but this seemed exceptionally slow. After about 45 minutes, we received our appetizers. It took about another hour before our mains arrived. Dessert was thankfully quick to arrive. Still, I never would expect to spend 2.5 hours having dinner, even at the finest restaurant. I heard many people around me expressing disappointment with the wait times, including one livid customer while paying his bill, and it was hard to blame them. My friend and I, thankfully, did not have any major time constraints, which allowed us to remain patient throughout, but we were tested. Onto more positive things... The food wasn't bad. Our meals came with small appetizers. My salad was dressed appropriately. I wished the dressing had more flavour, but I was able to put a little pepper on it to wake it up. My friend wasn't even sure he knew what he'd ordered, but he said it tasted good. I ordered chicken and ribs and my friend ordered pasta with foie gras. I thought the portion size for my meal was rather generous. My friend's pasta serving was exactly what you should expect. I felt my ribs might have spent a bit too much time on the grill, but they definitely weren't too far gone (still very edible). The chicken was better executed. My friend's pasta, he said, had an interesting combination of flavours and textures. The deserts were fairly standard. They were smaller portions, which was actually good because I'd eaten a large meal and my friend's meal was already quite rich. The really good parts of the experience were our waitress and the place itself. Our waitress was sweet, funny and professional. She was running a lot, so we never felt the speed of service was for a lack of effort by the wait staff. On that subject, I can't speak for all aspects of the service but it did seem like the staff was correctly trained on at least some parts of the job (i.e., using a serving platter even if you're delivering a lone glass of wine). As for the restaurant, it's a really nice little building with a natural feel (lots of wood and the lighting is perfectly inoffensive). It has a great looking patio which is located right next to water. Overall, I think there is definitely some work to be done by management (maybe streamlining the menu or figuring out ways to increase the capacity of the kitchen), but there is a good foundation to work from.

Their service is so bad, we left without order anything and they didn't n't even notice that. Its waiters don't pay attention to their customers. I wish I could give them zero star.

We went for breakfast. We waited ten minutes before I finally gave up and begged for coffee. The waitress was nice but the food was dry and took forever to come. I spoke to Aragon (one of the owners) concerning my dissatisfaction and he told me that everyone else seemed to like the restaurant. It would have been a perfect opportunity to offer a voucher or something similar so I would try to eat there again but maybe a lack of experience was to blame. I will never eat there again.

Service was S L O W. We're talking a 2 hour meal. Food was mediocre at best. Would have left a smaller top but minimum 15% is automatically added.
