Super nice staff. Bed was one of the best hotel beds I have used. Room was decent size.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food and beverages, the staff were friendly and the free internet was decent for streaming video from Netflix/YouTube

I had an ok experience at the residence in at Westford. The service was mediocre and the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service and we didn't know until we got there, so we went almost a half an hour away to get to another pool in another hotel. Before we left, the service desk called to make sure there was a Jacuzzi and a pool and they said there was but when we got there, there was a puny pool and no hot tub. Otherwise, the room was great👍

The staff were very good, rooms were clean including bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Only thing that would have been GOOD TO HAVE were complimentary water bottle, slip-ons, dental kit, shower cap. There is a mini market to buy stuff but a bit overpriced which was expected. Liked our stay over all.
