I could not be more pleased to have spent the last four days at this hotel. I was displaced (with my dog) due to a power outage from the storm on 3/8/18 and I was made to feel welcome and supported at the Best Western in Concord. All of my needs were met and the room met all of my requirements. My dog was welcomed and the grounds had a good area for me to bring my dog and take care of her business. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I was able to move rooms to accommodate an additional guest and extend my stay each night (not an easy task when so many people were searching for accommodations in our region due to extended power outages). The breakfast was lovely and even had plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. THANK YOU Best Western for being my home for the past four days!!

For the price (about $125 including tax) this was a very good value. Clean room, good mattress, cable TV that worked, climate control that worked and was not too noisy, all the basics for a budget hotel. I needed to be close to Emerson Hospital so I chose this hotel. For the money I expected to just "put up with it," but in the end I felt very comfortable there. I would say it's just the basics, but it's done right. Would certainly recommend for anyone that needs to be close to the hospital. The hot oatmeal at the free breakfast was very comforting. Again for the money you are going to get bare essentials, but it's clean, the room is not depressing, and I felt safe there.

Clean comfortable room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Fast easy free continental breakfast. Close to train station to go downtown Boston.

Comfortable ,clean, homey, large tv with multiple channels, comfortable bed, free WiFi, large guest directory in the room, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, microwave, fully supplied coffee maker in the room.near the lobby they have a computer and printer you can use for free, they have a fitness room and outdoor pool. Grab a free cookie at the check in desk ... They are delicious. very reasonable rates, great experience, and the free morning breakfast is AMAZING in a wonderful large dining room. They offer eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal hot and ready, bagels , several different breads and pastries, cereal, yogurt, Juices, coffee, fruit ....biggest free breakfast and dining hall we have been to. Just don't leave your bathroom door open while in a hot steamy shower or the smoke alarm will go off. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I was so pleased with a young lady working at the front desk at Best Western of Concord, Mass Her name is Tanya. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't on a fun trip, and Tanya was so understanding and helpful, I hope your company is able to keep her working for you for many years .
