Very wonderful place to visit and Lloyd sure knows his work. Made me feel very comfortable. Went there for cos of my knees and did I feel better! Oh I sure did. And I also learnt some things from him today. Thanks Lloyd I will surely visit again
Loved my experience here. Nice ambient room with a shower. Felt so rejuvenated after this float and free tea offered. Only thing I could say is for a wider person the pod may feel a little small.
A cozy setting. The uncarpeted part of the floor was a bit cold on bare feet. The osteopathy sessions with Monika were very helpful and educational, in understanding and thus taking care of my body. The sessions were also very relaxing, as Monika brought my body back into alignment, hence releasing strain and tension.
Nicole always does a great job for massage therapy. She listens to what has been bothering me and focuses on those areas as well as making suggestions for stretches to do at home. Definitely recommend seeing her.
Really convenient location and friendly staff. So much to offer too in terms of services. Check out their floats! Would highly recommend.
