NEVER PARK HERE!! Sitting here for half an hour after King Crimson concert and have not moved an inch!! So I call... What? Only 1 exit is open and absolutely NO Signage to alert anyone, manager supposedly on site now... How can this be when I saw parking full signs?? 

 Hello, Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I do not appreciate the delay getting home!!  NEVER PARK HERE!!!! 50 min from car to street. Let’s see if we get our time credited back... nope!!  Rip off!! And they overcharged us to boot!! Stay away!!

If they could only say "please" when they tell you the amount. So little effort for a more pleasant customer service experience.

I drove in circles upward, stopped my car, left it, came back, and drove in circles downward. At the end a person in a tiny clear glass house took my money. Fantastic!

Convenient location. Height clearance 6' 4". Somewhat bad smells.
