Normally park here on game day with no issue, but currently sitting in a a traffic jam outside of the parking structure. In my time waiting to get into the lot over 25 cars have left this structure. The staff continues to insist they are full, despite the fact that they are not, they are just out of tickets. I have not seen any staff member make an attempt to receive tickets from the office, and when calling the Home office I am told tickets are on the way. This backup is causing an obstruction to traffic and is highly unsafe. There needs to be a better system.

Good structure if you're working or going to school in this area. Almost always has spaces available (as long as it's not a big game weekend), and cheaper than hourly street parking
