This place is fantastic. They will give you a great price, fantastic service, and excellent quality installation. I bought a washer and dryer set here for a better price than the big box stores, and they did a very professional job installing them, even carrying them upstairs without even a scratch in the wall. All of my appliances are coming from here.

Love this place! So many of our electronics including washer, dryer, microwave and fridge came from there. They also deliver quickly! We had one thing delivered and installed the next day! Would refer anyone there. Such good people too.

When my refrigerator's ice maker broke down, renselaer appliance was there to fix it. Not only did they leave me with a clean and satisfied finish, but they guaranteed their repairs. And when my dish washer was having problems, they were there once again, leaving me perfectly taken care of. They were there to fix it in a week, and it hasn't had a problem since.

Totally unacceptable. Installed built-in wall AC unit that was too small for opening, left air gaps. Also unit is very off level. When done, said they do not do outside trim work, and left me with unfinished mess. I have not been able to find contractor willing to do finish trim. Winter is coming and I can see daylight through the gap in wall. Very unhappy. Rate minus 10.
