My daughter just had dental surgery here and I had a tooth pulled here years ago. It was an amazing experience both times. The doctors and nurses have been amazing. Both doctors and the nurse came out to let us know how she was doing so we were updated 3 times in the hour we were here. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place over any other I have been to.
Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They never made me feel like my questions were Irrelevant or nonsense. They always kept me up to date and check up on me after my surgery. Dr. Lalh is a wonderful doctor. He did an amazing job on my jaw surgery and always listened to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
The staff were incredibly friendly both before and after my surgery. The communication was consistent and the post and pre operation instructions were given in three different formats. The office is immaculate and the surgeons are extremely qualified. While I hope I do not need oral surgery again, if I ever do I would hope to be referred back to them.
im a highly anxious individual with sensory issues who has avoided the dentist for a long time, but needed to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth. i am phobic of the dentist, needles, the whole thing, but my experience was nothing but pleasant! nearly a week out and im healing great, was in minimal pain following and everyone was very kind from the consultant to the anesthesiologist. i would recommend it to anyone who’s nervous about dental work. it was all things considered! a great experience.
Had my dental surgery done here. A complicated surgery that was done very efficiently with my complete satisfaction. Surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, staffs all did splendid job to get the surgery done. I would definitely recommend this 'Renew Oral & Facial Surgical Centre' to who ever needs dental surgery.
Terrible customer service from receptionist, zero professionalism. Receptionist is untrained and doesn’t know anything about the dental or medical field. Unable to answer the most basic questions, so if you are trying to book an appointment, you will not know any details until you arrive. Most doctors will do consultation prior to surgery day to prepare patient and allow them to meet the doctor. According to this braindead receptionist, once you book an appointment it will be surgery day. You won’t get any prior understanding of procedure. Basically they just want you to show up, then you receive a consultation, and surgery will be performed on the same day. In other words, they are just an assembly line trying to push out as many surgeries as possible to make money. No care is given to the patient, you are just a money making object for them. There are many other choices in town, do your research and go with a doctor who wants to genuinely help.
All the staff are excellent. After 3 hours of removal of 4 wisdom teeth my daughter already chatting with all her classmate. She doesn't feel any pain. Thank you guys. Good job
The staff and process of my daughter getting her wisdom teeth out at Renew was outstanding , absolutely exceptional service and knowledgeable Dr. Young gave us confidence before to procedure and put my daughter at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone
Phenomenal staff. The front desk ladies were all so helpful and kind. Dr Lahl was wonderful and very informative. My son was very well taken care of, and he was happy with his care and the way he was treated. All staff were friendly, personable and helpful. Highly recommend!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an appointment for 11:15. We arrived at 11:08. Waited waited waited waited waited. Sat waiting until 12:15 before we were called into a room. 4 people were taken in before us. She asked a few questions said dr would be in shortly. Waited another 30 minutes for dr to come and have a 2 minute conversation then said nurse would be in shortly. Waited another 15 minutes. She had me fill out a form and then we left. Was in my car just after 1. 2 hours. We waited TWO hours for a 5 minute appointment. If I showed up 2 hours late or didn’t show up at all, I’d have been charged a no show fee. Can I invoice for wasting my time? My son will be having his tongue tie surgery here because the dr seems nice and good, but waiting 2 hours is absolutely unethical.
