Rabbit Hill Dental Choice is a wonderful dental clinic! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! One day I needed to cancel my appointment because I didn't have child care and the Sheryl from the front desk offered to keep my four year old company as I saw the dentist! This dental clinic is highly recommended. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful with my needs. I have never been satisfied in dental services until now. 5 stars for their excellent job! Already recommend the clinic to my brother and his family. I will bring my kids too soon!
My family and I have had a great experience with Rabbit Hill Dental Choice, receiving very good treatment for all of us. My little daughter who was scared of seeing a dentist first is now counting the days for her next appointment! There is a relaxing atmosphere with lovely caring staff. Dr. Hamzehi is a perfect dentist. He is communicative, honest, compassionate and professional. His assistant, Zahra is very caring and kind as well. And Sheryl, the receptionist, is wonderful. She is quite welcoming, nice and patient. She explained the insurance stuff in detail to me patiently.
I have gone couple of times to Rabbit Hill Dental Choice since we moved to Edmonton with my family and always staff have been welcoming and friendly. we have been satisfied with the performance and quality of its dentist, Dr. Shayan and its dental assistant, Zara who has been always very nice and caring to patients. I highly recommend this office and will be continuing getting service from such a wonderful staff.
I have been coming here since graduating university, and it by far tops the dentist on campus. The staff are always friendly and my appointments have always been on time. The front desk staff are great at reminding me of upcoming appointments and working with my busy schedule. They also direct bill my insurance, which is usually hard to find with the company I have. They have been really good about finding me some last minute appointments when needed and the newer dentist was awesome at dealing with some anxiety I have about dental work. He made sure to check in with me often while doing his procedures and give me some breaks when needed. They also let me come back a few days later to polish a rough spot that I didn't notice when frozen!
I was for the first time in Rabbit hill dental choice clinic . My experience was very positive from start to finish. All of stuff were professional, respectful, and met or exceeded my expectations. Everything was handed very professionally . Dr shayan was super friendly, expert and easy to work with. Zahra , his assistant, is superb, accommodating and pleasant. She is wonderful in her work and of course the best. Many thanks both of you
Had a great time here, despite it being the dentist. Sheryl was very kind and accommodating. My dental assistant Zara was also so kind, and continually asked if I was ok during my filling. My Dentist was very calm and polite as well.
Definitely had the best experience here from over the phone with the Amazing Receptionist Cheryl to my actual appointment between the hygienist Alana who was very gentle and Dr Shayan with extreme patience in providing clarity. My entire experience was top notch especially as a new person to Edmonton and Canada on the whole. I HIGHLY Recommend them great expertise, knowledge and customer service 10/10
I would definitely recommend this place to all. Dr Shayan was very nice and calming during the procedure. Very knowledgeable and clear with the information he shared of the visit. The assistant, Zahra was super nice and caring. She treated very well so I was really comfortable during the X-rays and the procedure. The staff from front desk were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, the whole team was amazing!
I recently visited the dental clinic and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the friendly staff to the clean and modern facility, my experience was top-notch. Dr.Shayan and Zahra were professional and gentle, and my teeth feel better than ever. I highly recommend this clinic and give them a well-deserved 5 stars.
