Renaud Electric Heating & Cooling

Just wanted to thank Renaud Electric for their excellent customer service. I have tried on several occasions to get another Company to finish work they started with us but after almost 3 months finally went to Renaud. They sent out someone the same day and gave us a quote and within a week, we now have our new heat pump and thermostat. The technician Matt was top notch and very informative. They have gained a customer in the future and will be highly recommended to others.

These guys are great. They call you back, answer questions and even put my 220 plug in the garage when they didn't need to.

Installed a Generac back up generator without the propane tank being installed. Now I am left with a yard ornament !!

Renaud was recommended to me by my son, who has used them in a business capacity numerous times. I called on Tue 3/29 at 1:30p and told them I had lost power to my older mobile home. The woman scheduled me for an appointment with an electrician for Wed 3/30 at "around 2". I was at my home from 12:30 til 4:15 and not only did no one show up, I never even received a text or call.......very disappointed in the way I was treated...I gave them a 1 star rating so it would allow me to post my review, but honestly I would have given them zero stars if possible... UPDATE: After calling Renaud this morning and telling them they missed my appt and no call, they immediately sent the boss to my house to take care of my issues. I was very impressed and appreciative of their quick service and sincere apology for missing the appt. I would recommend them to anyone needing an electrician. I apologize for the earlier comments.....
