We purchased more than anticipated due to the immense choices. Appreciated the well informed help when choosing series of books that would captivate a child. Loved the atmosphere and to be surrounded by paper books.

There was so many people and so little employees. I bought 2 books but I wanted 2 copies of each, but there was only one even though it said 2 on their computers and it was morning. Had a long wait time at the cash.

I usually like going to Renaud-Bray because in general, the service is good. But last weekend I got really disappointed. I approached an employee a young girl with piggy tails and curly hair to ask if they had the book I was looking for, but I didn't ask right away since there was a customer before me. That customer stepped back to let me approach the employee, then I waited to make eye contact with her, but she kept typing on her keyboard obviously she saw me. Then I DARED to ask if she could help me find a book, and she shushed me and told me in a rude way that she was attending the customer who just let me pass! I think the way this employee treated me doesn't make justice to the rest of the employees who are very polite.

Fun store and I love their Joie kitchen series, lol. We were there to look for a specific World War II book but didn't know all publications were in French. I bought a cooking book in the end, very improvising but will broaden my cuisine choices.

What can I say this is one of my favorite places! The people that work here are helpful and really nice.

Nice attentive staff and large selection for kids and adult.

It's a great spacious store with a wide selection of items toys, books, etc. But be aware if you don't already know that if you're looking for anything in English, other than maybe Lego, this is not the store for you.

Hard to reserve my book due to the personal here but I still got my book but I still got it and a lot of choice
