Best burger I have had in a long time. Made fresh, the bun has just the right amount of crunch with the right amount of softness. The burger patty was great and the beet relish was delish and I don't even like beets!

My first time here. As a burger lover... not impressed. I ordered "The Great One" combo and found it sub-par for the price. Skimpy bacon, a tomato not much bigger than a $2 coin, and beef not much better than a McQuarter pounder. The fries were great and the highlight of the meal which is unfortunate. The burger itself was 3 or 4 out of 10. Vera's sells better burgers combos at basically the same price point.

These guys always give top notch service. The employees are always good so the owners have to be doing something right for them! I've often felt like the staff have gone out of their way to ensure I'm happy. One guy got me more ketchup once when I hadn't even asked... It was so well timed. Definitely worth dropping in when you're craving a real beef burger.

Fantastic burger place! I come here regularly the staff are great and always cheerful . My favorites are "the Big Texas" and "Jersey City" .

Great food, great price. $13 for a good quality burger and fries. And the fries, oh man the fries. I'm still thinking about them. Really friendly staff too and quick. Can't wait to go again.

Tasty food with excellent customer service. Prices are competetive. You can choose between 3 beefs - beef, turkey or vegetarian. I`ve tried all of them and I`ve been pleased for all of them so far. Recommended for anybody that is looking for a quick mouthful. They also have a promotion going on where you get a free burger + drinks + fries if you purchase something from safeway. The promotion will be on the back of the receit. Param is awesome guy!

Overall everything here was above average, the happy hour pricing is competitive, the service was quite responsive and quite good for the setup. I'm always going to focus on the core, so here is the breakdown. For a 5 dollar burger, the bacon cheese beef burger was filled with a really good mix of internals, the meat wasn't piping hot so I'm guessing they either are working with some pretty lean beef or holding them in an unlikely vat situation. Being an open kitchen I never watched but I'm sure they cook to order or might have on deck patties. The guts really drove this home for me, i felt like adding jalopenoes but could distinguish that there was a solid melody of ingredients. It wasn't anything in the outfield, but the texture of everything worked so that very little handling was needed, i could have one handed this burger with a little effort, and was super tidy with two. I only needed a single napkin afterwards, however the my biggest grip was the bun and pickle, I'm big on both and noticed it was a slim sliced thingy hanging out on top of a bun that was pretty chill, felt like it was toasted and left sitting. Price and quality however matched to this rating, and I might have a date here, I would recommend if you have a hankering for a solid burger and good service.

The big Texas burger I had left plenty to be desired. First of all, it did not feel like big Texas, more like a junior burger. The patty was thin and somewhat dry. None of the ingredients looked like they were freshly prepared. Overall the taste was adequate. The coleslaw was interesting though.

Burger joint based out of Vancouver, boasts raditional French culinary techniques and offering a diverse menu! monthly and seasonal features Vegetarian patty/options as well as vegan options like the "Veganator" exist here. Refreshing tastes with great condiments and sides that only compliment the main menu dishes. I enjoyed it and will be back with friends!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Amazing food. Friendly staff. International music that is tasteful. Clean decor, bright with big windows, convenient location at the end of 7th on Commercial, by my old childhood home no less. Love, love, love it! We plan to return if ever in East Van again.
