Karen our representative from Reliance informed us of our options, explained the process and set up any and all appointments necessary to have our new furnace and air condition installed. Our old furnace was over 30 years old and we had never had air conditioning before. Everything went so smoothly and the installers were professional, informative and polite. My husband and I are very happy with the new furnace and with the whole procedure from beginning to end. We look forward to the summer to have air conditioning for the first time! Many thanks to all!

My recent experience with the Reliance team in Cambridge was great. Jesse McLean accepted my last minute request to come to my home and he was very professional. After the visit, he was also very prompt in answering my email inquiries even if my questions were quite repeated since I wanted to make sure that I got all the info accurately. The team who also installed my new furnace and ac arrived on-time and did the work fast and flawless. This team somehow changed the not so good experience I recently had with Reliance in beginning of summer where I had to call several times to have someone finish the furnace tune-up since the first technician they sent did not finish it and did not come back after he said that a part needed to be replaced.

Called for a service agreement checkup of my A/C and Furnace. Technician Raj completed a timely and efficient PM of our equipment. I was extremely impressed with his visit. He was very respectful and professional in meeting my needs. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service.

That was fast... 3 days ago we needed a furnace, water heater and softener. All 3 projects completed by friendly/outgoing contractors. No mess, No BS... Impressed is an understatement. David

Jon Eagle, my sales rep from Reliance was exceptionally attentive, prompt, and accommodating when we had an unexpected flood in the basement and needed our furnace replaced.
