Great, professional service all around. I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment and they managed to get an installation technician to come back a few hours later with no fuss. Technician's name is Matt B and he did an excellent job of removing my weird old hybrid system, rerouting pipes and lines, and installing the new system within hours after missing my first appointment. So impressed with this company and their employees, from the phone agents to the technicians. Thanks for the great service, as always.

It's nice when everything runs like "clockwork". Howie, the Reliance technician called first, arrived exactly when he said he would, and well within the timeframe originally booked. The maintenance work was fast & efficient. Well done Reliance Holmes Heating! Even better ... Howie obviously enjoyed his work, was very pleasant, and smiled a lot. Nice.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air inside the house. I called Reliance, and within 24 hours, technician Dwayne McCarthy was at my door. He quickly and diligently repair my unit, explain to me what was the cause of the problem and clean up the A/C unit. At all times he was courteous and efficient while he completed his work. My wife and I are very satisfied with the type of service he provide and would qualify his work as a 10/10.
