Horrible place to work. Unethical practices and push clients to rent. Bullying from managers down to employees. If you ask more about rental options, home comfort advisors straight up lie to you about what happens in year 7 of their agreement and onwards. Managers encourage anything to get the deals. Think 3 times before you hire Reliance for anything. I would highly recommend someone else instead.
Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday night, no heat for almost 48 hours. We had to wait until Monday morning to get the furnace repaired. There is no point in offering 24/7 service if they won’t come out on weekends.nRyan the technician who repaired our furnace was very professional and polite and explained everything he worked on. Thanks again Ryan for getting our house warmed up!
Customer service support totaly disaster . They are not taking any issue into seriously . I will write very detailed response this week and will be taking legal action . When someone doesnt pay one month rent you send to collection but when there is significant matter and rental heating tank doesnt work , you are not taking responsibility . I will go after you guys .
AMAZING service, my furnace broke and I had the best experience with the Reliance salesman and technicians ! They were friendly and kind. I can't believe how quickly the whole process went. Don't hesitate to get your next furnace here, they will take care of you.
It's winter, our furnace has a significant issue, my family has no heat - we needed an urgent replacement. Rajeev from Reliance was at our home the same day to take care of us. He took the time to explain the situation in detail and provide us with exceptional service, and most importantly - a solution that met our needs. There were some issues on our end, but Rajeev worked tirelessly to support us in being able to get the new furnace. I truly appreciate the knowledge, experience and care that Rajeev brought to resolving a very challenging situation for my family!nThe furnace install was booked extremely fast and the friendly, knowledgeable install team completed the install significantly faster than expected.nThank you Reliance!!!
