There is a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in this very busy office. Everyone had a smile on their face, and everyone was willing to help the other to make sure that patients got through the queue quickly. They even ran after me in the parking lot to make sure that I had everything I needed. Excellent experience. Thank you.
I have a great experience this week with the entire staff & Lab technician who was very pleasant, efficient and detailed oriented. I am quite happy with this location overall service.
The staff were all really friendly and professional. They put me at ease before and during my scan. I appreciate their flexibility when we had to reschedule due to my misunderstanding/ forgetting the day of instructions. My appointment started on time and it was efficient but not rushed.nWould highly recommend.
Very helpful staff. My physician did not send along the correct requisition. However the level of care went above and beyond so that my health could be looked after none the less. They advocated and made it possible that I would not have to queue again for another appointment. Friendly and thoughtful. To the point of compassion.
The overall experience at this location was very good. From the staff at reception to Julie the technician that did my ultrasound was very caring and helpful. They were busy in that clinic that day but they handled everyone in a friendly and timely manner. I really appreciate the reminder text messages sent to me about my upcoming appointment. I want to say thank you to the staff there and great job!
