I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Karpman and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is not only a fantastic doctor but also a genuinely kind human being.nFrom my very first visit, Dr. Karpman's patience and detail-oriented approach were evident. He took the time to explain the entire procedure, making sure I understood every step. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with incredible clarity. It was this level of care that made me feel so comfortable and confident in his hands.nThe entire team at the clinic was wonderful, too. The front desk staff were calm and friendly, and Nurse Faith was exceptional—very kind and calming.nIf you're looking for a doctor who is both highly skilled and truly compassionate, Dr. Karpman is the one. I genuinely want to thank him for the excellent care he provided. He is a truly outstanding physician.
I had such an amazing experience with Carrie. From the very first consult, she was incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely took the time to explain everything without rushing or rushing over details. I felt informed and comfortable the entire time!nnI had sclerotherapy done on the back of my knee, and the results after just the first session are absolutely amazing. I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable improvement so quickly, but here we are. The difference is huge, and I finally feel confident wearing shorts again, which I didn’t think I’d be saying this soon.nnCarrie’s attention to detail, professionalism, and calm, reassuring approach really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the results. I’ll absolutely be back to see her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment.nnThanks again, Carrie. Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Luk, and after this experience, we will no longer be returning.nnHe followed the clinic’s 24-hour cancellation policy and called 48 hours in advance, waiting on hold with no answer. I personally witnessed him call again 24 hours before the appointment and speak with a staff member who confirmed they could see the appointment but said their system was down and that they would cancel it once it was back up.nnDespite this, he was later told he would be charged a cancellation fee. He has call logs confirming the calls, yet his explanation was dismissed.nnAs long-term patients, we expected better accountability and professionalism.
THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SKIN, AVOID THIS PLACE.nnTerrible, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies. Had some issues with my skin mild acne, have been trying to combat it for some time. Started going here, hoping that something would change for better. After waiting for couple months for an appointment, managed to see the doctor for whole 7 minutes or so. No tests, no research, just heard my story and decided to give me couple creams that should have helped. As you could have guessed, they didn’t help. And it only gets worse from here. After waiting another couple months for next appointment, they gave me some pills, that had to fix the situation for sure, and we scheduled the appointment in couple weeks to check up on progress. In couple days I got a call, saying that couple weeks is too short, try waiting 4 months. At the same time my skin condition started worsening drastically. I was incredibly lucky to get inside on a cancelled appointment and didn’t have to wait 4 months, only two weeks. And when the doctor saw me, he said that everything is alright, I should continue taking pills that make things worse, and REFUSED TO MAKE ANY TESTS AS THEY DON’T SEEM NECESSARY. I had taken similar medications before, and there was a period of one week where skin condition becomes worse, but after that all problems are gone, in this case it’s only getting worse. And no tests when he literally sees that my face is bleeding just sounds like an insult. He literally refused to do anything, as he sees that it is acne, and no tests would show anything, just offered a higher dose in meds, saying that higher dose COULD make side effects go awaynot mentioning that liver takes heavy damage from this type of medication, so having higher dose is definitely better, right?. Literally had to get from work early, drive an hour just to hear “why did you come here?”. They try to look like the best dermatology clinic, but they literally don’t care about the patients, which shows by the fact that the longest they would talk to you is 5 minutes. Nurses are more knowledgeable and communicate way more than doctors, which is a shame! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone
This was the first visit for both my mother and me, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Karpman and his nurse, who together form an outstanding team. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentive care made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. We sincerely appreciate their expertise and genuine compassion. We highly recommend their practice.
