I agree with some of the other reviewers that this store is in sad need of customer service protocol. I was not made to feel welcome or valued in this store and went away feeling slighted and disappointed not to mention empty handed. Also the windows in this store are the dirtiest windows in this whole mall. Come on Reitmans get it together.

My mother recieved amazing service during our visit to the store yesterday 01/25/21. After a friendly greetings and being welcomed we were taken to the exact location of what my mom asked for. The lady who was helping us was knowledgable, made suggestion, and was overall very patient and friendly. We will be returning for all of my mom's shopping needs. Thank you.

I’ve shopped here three times now and will NOT be returning to this location. The manager was beyond rude and had an attitude. She wouldn’t give me the time of day when trying to do a return. Went to another location and they did it with zero issue. As someone who works in customer service this manager has zero customer respect.

I went in there a few weeks ago and was the only customer in the store. the 2 clerks were too busy talking to eachother about personal issues and did not even bother to assist me. I had to shop carrying around my clothes and was NOT happy. ZERO customer service. I purchased a lot of items and was nearly going to just throw it all on the ground and go to another store to spend my money. and I have NEVER considered doing that before. I will take my business to stores that value my patronage in the future.

Absolutely horrible. Have only been twice in the last few years and seem to avoid it at all costs, which is unfortunate considering it was one of my mothers favourite stores at one time. The manager is entirely frazzled and an airhead while the other workers seem to be much younger than her, which is slightly odd. A new young brand demographic with an old manager does not make much sense. Would suggest going to another location where the employees are not down-your-throat pushy and entirely rude.

Wont be returning. Customer service needs to improve walking around looking at clothes have a few items to try on not even a hello did you want me to take these into fitting room very disappointing and this not the retimans store this has happened at.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.. they offer advice and help .. they sanitize the fittings room after each use of the area .. and they helped me to order my size online... thank you so much
