Excellent customer service. Lovely ladies working. Very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and inviting. Excellent experience every time I come in.

I always get really good service at Ricki’s, very helpful & courteous. It is hands down my favourite store to shop in. It is so nice to find a store where everything fits well and I don’t have to get pants shortened.

A huge bouquet of flowers to the manager and assistant manager of Bootlegger in St. Albert. They stood by and showed support during an incident where my young children were being accosted by a security guard, and cornered in the back of their store. Thank you for offering stools for my children to sit on while we waited for the police to arrive. These two ladies welcomed us to stay inside the store for our safety from this guard. Thankfully the police arrived and we were able to leave safely. Shame on you Raffi, security guard in the mall, who embarrassed my family in front of other shoppers and who accosted my children while you thought no adult was watching. You are a power tripping bully. I'm glad the managers witnessed you accosting children.

I rarely post reviews however, I thought that the customer service here was wonderful! I had been asked if I needed assistance at all the right times by 3 separate ladies. The one who was primarily helping me was fantastic! I didn’t happen to catch her name, but she was the one with the shorter women’s cut and glasses. Such a helpful sweet lady! Also the sizing selection is great and nice products.

The St.Albert Bootlegger has the best group of sales associates! They are always friendly and helpful, and it makes for an excellent shopping experience. Great selection of clothes and styles and I also get my Bootlegger online orders shipped to the store for easy returns or exchanges if necessary
