Reister Meats & Bakery

Stayed in the campground in town and shopped here a couple times. It is a meat store and a very good one at that! I purchased a few different jerkies, beef sticks, sausage, and more. It was all very good! Additionally, they have a very decent grocery selection for a small store! Let me say grocery once more because if you’re searching for that in this area, this is a good place to visit.

Absolutely great people to work with. I had first questioned the quantity of roasts and called them. We had a great conversation and it was quickly determined the main difference is in the way they process, all roasts are boneless and you may get more various cuts of steaks than that of other processors. In which we did receive more steaks and I was delighted I had called them to clear up my question. I hope my review will possibly help anyone else understanding that individual beef processors each do things just a little different.

One of the best sausage makers around!!

I just wanted to write if anyone is looking at getting a deer processed down the road you will not find a faster meat shop in the areas with quality of product. The Reister brand sausage is by far the best I have ever had and the deer bacccon is to also die for.
