The Staff was friendly, and the Representative who helped me was helpful. The customers in line were less than understanding, but I felt the Office Staff really worked fast and efficient. Just remember that all registries are busy, so plan your schedule with plenty of time🤓This is not supposed to be a quick stop shop, it’s handling legal matters. Keep up the good work!

Been visiting here many times since they opened. Wait times are typical of any registry. What I really appreciate is the variety of service offered, where I can also update my Alberta health care information. The staff here are always able to suit my needs, even if it takes some time. We all should have more patience with each other.

I am in here frequently for both business and personal reasons. I appreciate the excellent service I receive and I can only imagine that this is a very difficult job to do. Often people are dealing with difficult situations and these folks get beat up for rules they have no control over. There have been a lot of new faces the last few times I have been here and it would seem the owners are actively working to staff and properly train. Keep up the good work!

Typical registry for vehicle, corporate registration. Arrive early to avoid lines. Service fee for using credit card. Cash o debit at no additional charge. Staff are normally friendly and efficient.

Jenn is always so friendly and helpful. I could renew my plates online but I prefer to come in, knowing I won't have to worry about them getting lost in the mail and also have a chat and feel like a valued customer! :)
