They won't let me order transcripts because of a chem lab charge that was posted in 2019. I haven't had a chemistry lab in 10 years. They have "no way" of helping me and I have to "email" the chemistry department. I have a transcript deadline approaching and I just want to cry

Incredibly Incompetent and hard to get ahold of. Most of the time solving issues yourself is more convenient than trying to use the lines.
Somewhat incompetent at admin, wait times are long, and often refer you to the wrong department. Even sometimes admit to not wanting to work.
Very reluctant to help. Rude staff as well.
Absolute stain on MRU from the top to bottom. Rude, short, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
