Medical Reception College

This is my first and only experience taking course as MOA at Medical Reception College. Thanks to my instructor Gina ,she is very helpful for everything since from the start, she helped me out a lot and have patience with my mistakes and for the things I didn't understand. They are also the one who find a clinic for practicum. I am so happy that I found this school, as my cousin was the one who told me as she'd graduate also from this school. I highly recommended Medical Reception College.

The Medical Office Assistant Program MOA fully prepare me to work in just three months. I got a comprehensive training in medical office Accuro software and procedure, plus real work experience with volunteer work. I really enjoyed the online course. There is more flexibility around what my day is... I thought it was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. PowerPoints', assignments, and exams were just enough. so I could finish everything with enough time, learn about everything and not feel overloaded and rushed. The instructors/admin was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They are very dedicated and approachable, counsel us and available to help us through challenge. They ensure that schedules run smoothly and provide comprehensive admin support for students and encompass a wide range of weekly task. Practicum schedule was prepared early, giving me ample time to immerse myself for my practicum placement. I will recommend Medical Reception College to all my friends for the quality of the teaching combined with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They did an excellent job. I recommended this collage for who really wants to take medical office assistant course online. They are on time, and practicum is very good well organized. And also they send you quiz and assignment results quickly, if you have a equation you will get answer right away, the Admin is very helpful I strongly recommended this collage.

The staff were very kind and helpful, they answered all my questions and were very patient. I took this course from Edmonton, and was nervous about it in the beginning. However the teacher and staff were accommodating, and extremely helpful and supportive. I recommend them to anyone looking to take the course.

I had a great experience in the medical reception college. I believe that the duration of the classes were very well planned and the material that was provided was very helpful to study from and everything was explained very clearly. Through an online course I can manage my time and I was given enough time to complete the assignments. Ms. Jina is very helpful and approachable. The practicum is arranged ahead of time. I enjoyed and learned a lot during CPR/ First Aid training.

This school is a great place of your looking to get a career in a medical field. Despite the whole pandemic they managed to provide all the course material very smoothly without any problems which was super impressive. I loved how the educator Betty guided me if I had questions. Everyone else was super nice! Honestly a 10/10 for me :

This program was great. The teachers were always available for questions. I always got my marks on time, classes started promptly and on time as well. I was impressed that the school sends emails for job postings after you complete your diploma. My practicum was organized and informative. Even though Covid restrictions were in place I was still able to attend and complete both the MOA practicum and the Unit Clerk Practicum.

As a new resident here in Canada it was hard to get a position at work especially I just studied at my own country. Medical Reception College Ltd. help me, I really wanted to work in Alberta Health Services and I did it! After I finished my practicum June 2020 I was hired as Admin Support II and now I'm already working as Admin support IV. I took the MOA online course and it was very convenient for me because I can still manage my time and the staff is very nice and helpful to us as their students. I would highly recommend this College it makes my life amazing.
