I have had nothing but great experiences with these ladies.  My daughter and I both get our hair cut here and have never been disappointed.   These ladies are extremely friendly and in my opinion talented hairstylists.  I used to live in LA where I have had many haircuts for short and long hair but I can honestly say that the best I've ever had have been here at this salon.

Horrible. They told me I had a 9 am appointment and I went in and they were closed. Came back at 9:30 and she told me I had a 9 am appointment, I politely told them I arrived and they were closed. The lady gave me horrible attidude and simply was rude and un pleasant. I said thankyou and left. Will never go back again! Highly suggest going somewhere else with better service!

Terrible. 
Bad customer service, the hairdressers dont seem to know what theyre doing. 
They all have crappy hair too...
The salon has a depressing, awkward and uncomfortable vibe through it.
The hairdressers are boring and hard to talk to, they also have embarrasingly poor communication skills.
Their prices are rediculous and not worth it at all!  These hairdressers have 0 skill.  If youre looking for a place to get your hair done nicely, go ANYWHERE but here!
